When you use live location sharing, LifeOrdo collects your device’s precise location.
If you agree, LifeOrdo also collects this location in the background, including when the app is closed or not in use, so people you have approved can see your live location while sharing is turned on.
Background location is collected only after you accept a location-sharing connection, agree to the in-app background location disclosure, and grant location permission on your device, including “Allow all the time” if you want sharing to continue in the background.
Your location is shared only with people who have an accepted location-sharing connection with you. We do not sell location data and we do not use it for advertising.
You can stop background location collection at any time by ending location sharing in the app or by changing LifeOrdo’s location permission in your device settings.

LifeOrdo allows users to securely connect their Google Account using Google's OAuth 2.0 authentication service. Access to your Google Account is entirely optional and is requested only when you choose to enable Google Calendar synchronization.
LifeOrdo requests only the minimum Google API permission necessary for this feature: permission to create, update, and delete calendar events on your Google Calendar. You will always be asked to review and grant this permission through Google's OAuth consent screen before any Google Calendar data is accessed.
You may revoke LifeOrdo's access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account security settings or by disconnecting Google Calendar within the LifeOrdo application.
When you connect Google Calendar, LifeOrdo may access and process only the Google user data required for calendar event synchronization, including:
LifeOrdo does not request access to your basic Google Account profile information (such as your name, email address, or profile picture) for Google Calendar synchronization. LifeOrdo also does not use Google APIs to list your calendars, read your complete calendar history, access calendar settings, retrieve free/busy availability, or access any Google Workspace administrative data.
Google user data is accessed only after you explicitly authorize LifeOrdo through Google's OAuth consent process.
Google user data is used solely to provide the Google Calendar synchronization features you choose to enable within LifeOrdo.

If you disconnect your Google Account from LifeOrdo, including through the in-application disconnect feature, or delete your LifeOrdo account, Google authentication tokens will be revoked where applicable, and associated Google-related data stored by LifeOrdo, including OAuth tokens and calendar synchronization mappings, will be permanently deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period unless retention is required by applicable law.
You may also request deletion of your account and associated Google-related data at any time by contacting LifeOrdo or by using the account deletion feature available within the application.
LifeOrdo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking Google access will disable Google Calendar synchronization features within LifeOrdo while leaving the remainder of the application available for use.
LifeOrdo provides Tracking Features that allow users to share their location with another LifeOrdo user, such as a friend or family member.
A user can invite another person to use a Tracking Feature by sending an invitation to their email address. The invited person must accept the invitation before they can access the user's shared location.
Once the invitation has been accepted and the Tracking Feature is active, the authorized person may be able to view the user's current or recent location through LifeOrdo.
Location information is not shared with the invited person through the Tracking Feature until the invitation has been accepted and tracking access has been enabled.
When you use a Tracking Feature, LifeOrdo may collect your device's location information, including precise location information, to provide the tracking functionality and keep your shared location up to date.
The location information collected through Tracking Features is used to provide the functionality you have chosen to use and to allow the person you have authorized to view your location.
Some Tracking Features require LifeOrdo to access your location while the app is running in the background, including when the app is closed or not actively being used.
Background location access allows LifeOrdo to keep your location information updated so that the person you have authorized can continue to view your current location through the Tracking Feature.
LifeOrdo requests background location permission only when it is necessary to provide a Tracking Feature that requires continuous location updates.
If you disable the required background location permission, some Tracking Features may not function correctly or may not be able to continuously update your location.
Location information collected through Tracking Features may be used to:

Your location may be accessible only to the LifeOrdo user whom you have authorized through the Tracking Features.
The invitation process requires the invited person to accept the invitation before they can access your shared location.

If you no longer want another person to have access to your location, you can remove their access through the Tracking Features in LifeOrdo.
When access is removed, that person will no longer be authorized to view your location through that Tracking Feature.
You may also disable Tracking Features or manage your device's location permissions through your device's operating-system settings.
LifeOrdo retains location information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Tracking Features, maintain and secure the service, comply with applicable legal obligations, and protect the rights and safety of our users.
When tracking access is removed or a Tracking Feature is disabled, LifeOrdo will stop providing your location to the person whose access has been removed, subject to any information that may need to be retained for legitimate legal, security, or operational purposes.
If you delete your LifeOrdo account, location information associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by applicable law.
LifeOrdo may use trusted third-party service providers for services such as cloud hosting, databases, notifications, security, analytics, and other infrastructure required to operate the Tracking Features.
These service providers may process location information on behalf of LifeOrdo when necessary to provide these services. They are expected to use such information only for the purposes for which LifeOrdo engages them and to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality safeguards.
LifeOrdo does not sell, rent, or provide your location information to advertisers or data brokers.
