10. Children's Privacy

LifeOrdo does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If such data is identified, it will be promptly deleted.

11. Changes to Privacy Policy

LifeOrdo may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. Updated versions will be made available on the Platform.

12. Google API Services

LifeOrdo allows users to securely connect their Google Account using Google's OAuth 2.0 authentication service. Access to your Google Account is entirely optional and is requested only when you choose to enable Google Calendar synchronization.

LifeOrdo requests only the minimum Google API permission necessary for this feature: permission to create, update, and delete calendar events on your Google Calendar. You will always be asked to review and grant this permission through Google's OAuth consent screen before any Google Calendar data is accessed.

You may revoke LifeOrdo's access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account security settings or by disconnecting Google Calendar within the LifeOrdo application.

13. Google User Data We Access

When you connect Google Calendar, LifeOrdo may access and process only the Google user data required for calendar event synchronization, including:

  • Google Calendar event information that LifeOrdo creates or updates on your behalf, including the event title, description, location, start and end times, time zone, attendees (when applicable), and reminders.
  • Google Calendar event identifiers required to keep synchronized events updated between LifeOrdo and Google Calendar.
  • OAuth access and refresh tokens required to securely maintain your authorized connection to Google Calendar.

LifeOrdo does not request access to your basic Google Account profile information (such as your name, email address, or profile picture) for Google Calendar synchronization. LifeOrdo also does not use Google APIs to list your calendars, read your complete calendar history, access calendar settings, retrieve free/busy availability, or access any Google Workspace administrative data.

Google user data is accessed only after you explicitly authorize LifeOrdo through Google's OAuth consent process.

14. How We Use Google User Data

Google user data is used solely to provide the Google Calendar synchronization features you choose to enable within LifeOrdo.

Specifically, LifeOrdo uses Google user data to:

  • Authenticate your Google Calendar connection.
  • Create Google Calendar events when you create or schedule LifeOrdo tasks, habits, reminders, or appointment bookings.
  • Update synchronized Google Calendar events whenever the corresponding LifeOrdo item is modified.
  • Delete synchronized Google Calendar events whenever the associated LifeOrdo item is deleted or when you disconnect Google Calendar.
  • Maintain a secure authorized connection to Google Calendar using OAuth authentication tokens.

Google user data is never used for advertising, marketing, analytics unrelated to user-facing functionality, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the calendar synchronization services requested by you.

15. Sharing of Google User Data

LifeOrdo does not sell, rent, or share Google user data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

Google user data may be processed only by trusted infrastructure providers that assist us in operating the LifeOrdo platform, including secure cloud hosting, database storage, authentication, backup, and notification services. These providers process data solely on our behalf and are contractually required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security.

Google user data may be disclosed only where required by applicable law or valid legal process.

16. Protection of Google User Data

LifeOrdo implements industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect Google user data, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
  • Secure storage of OAuth authentication tokens and calendar synchronization identifiers.
  • Authentication through Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol.
  • Role-based access controls limiting access to authorized personnel.
  • Security monitoring, logging, and regular security reviews.
  • Secure management of authentication credentials and tokens.

While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

17. Retention and Deletion of Google User Data

Google user data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide Google Calendar synchronization services or to comply with applicable legal obligations.

If you disconnect your Google Account from LifeOrdo, including through the in-application disconnect feature, or delete your LifeOrdo account, Google authentication tokens will be revoked where applicable, and associated Google-related data stored by LifeOrdo, including OAuth tokens and calendar synchronization mappings, will be permanently deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period unless retention is required by applicable law.

You may also request deletion of your account and associated Google-related data at any time by contacting LifeOrdo or by using the account deletion feature available within the application.

18. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

LifeOrdo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, LifeOrdo:

  • Uses Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing Google Calendar synchronization features that you explicitly request.
  • Does not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
  • Does not sell Google user data.
  • Does not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, or user profiling.
  • Does not permit humans to read Google user data except when necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or with your explicit consent.

19. Your Control Over Google Data

You remain in control of your Google Account and the permissions you grant to LifeOrdo.

You may:

  • Disconnect your Google Account from LifeOrdo at any time using the application's Google Calendar disconnect feature.
  • Revoke Google API permissions through your Google Account security settings.
  • Request deletion of your Google-related data stored by LifeOrdo.
  • Request access to or correction of your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Revoking Google access will disable Google Calendar synchronization features within LifeOrdo while leaving the remainder of the application available for use.
