LifeOrdo allows users to securely connect their Google Account using Google's OAuth 2.0 authentication service. Access to your Google Account is entirely optional and is requested only when you choose to enable Google Calendar synchronization.
LifeOrdo requests only the minimum Google API permission necessary for this feature: permission to create, update, and delete calendar events on your Google Calendar. You will always be asked to review and grant this permission through Google's OAuth consent screen before any Google Calendar data is accessed.
You may revoke LifeOrdo's access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account security settings or by disconnecting Google Calendar within the LifeOrdo application.
When you connect Google Calendar, LifeOrdo may access and process only the Google user data required for calendar event synchronization, including:
LifeOrdo does not request access to your basic Google Account profile information (such as your name, email address, or profile picture) for Google Calendar synchronization. LifeOrdo also does not use Google APIs to list your calendars, read your complete calendar history, access calendar settings, retrieve free/busy availability, or access any Google Workspace administrative data.
Google user data is accessed only after you explicitly authorize LifeOrdo through Google's OAuth consent process.
Google user data is used solely to provide the Google Calendar synchronization features you choose to enable within LifeOrdo.

Google user data may be processed only by trusted infrastructure providers that assist us in operating the LifeOrdo platform, including secure cloud hosting, database storage, authentication, backup, and notification services. These providers process data solely on our behalf and are contractually required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security.
Google user data may be disclosed only where required by applicable law or valid legal process.
LifeOrdo implements industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect Google user data, including:
While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Google user data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide Google Calendar synchronization services or to comply with applicable legal obligations.
If you disconnect your Google Account from LifeOrdo, including through the in-application disconnect feature, or delete your LifeOrdo account, Google authentication tokens will be revoked where applicable, and associated Google-related data stored by LifeOrdo, including OAuth tokens and calendar synchronization mappings, will be permanently deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period unless retention is required by applicable law.
You may also request deletion of your account and associated Google-related data at any time by contacting LifeOrdo or by using the account deletion feature available within the application.
LifeOrdo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, LifeOrdo:
You remain in control of your Google Account and the permissions you grant to LifeOrdo.
